“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20

Statements of Faith

We believe that both Old and New Testaments constitute the divinely inspired and inerrant Word of God in the original languages and manuscripts. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

We believe in one God existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. John 14:26

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, became man without ceasing to be God, in order that He might reveal God and redeem sinful man by His death and resurrection. John 10:38; 3:16-17; and 14:6-7, 11

We believe in the personal, visible and bodily return of the Lord Jesus Christ. Acts 1:11

We believe that the Holy Spirit came forth from the Father and the Son to convict the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment; and to regenerate, sanctify, comfort, seal and fill those who believe in Jesus Christ. John 15:26; Ephesians 1:13

We believe that man is totally sinful and utterly unable to remedy his lost condition solely on his own. Romans 3:23

We believe that the salvation of man is wholly a work of God’s grace and is not the work in whole or in part, of human works, effort or religious ceremony. Ephesians 2:8-9

We believe that God imputes His righteousness to those who put their faith in Christ alone for salvation and justifies them in His sight. Nothing can be added to the finished work of Christ. Romans 5:18, 8:30

We believe the present life of the believer is to be lived through the indwelling and filling of the Holy Spirit, and is to be in the world as light and salt for the fulfillment of Christ’s Great Commission. Matthew 28:19-20

We believe the Scriptures affirm that the local church is a God-ordained instrument for worship, discipline, spiritual edification and encouragement; and that assembling together for these purposes should not be forsaken by Christians. Acts 2:42; Hebrews 10:25
